2, The server receives command and sends it to IoT devices or smart locks
3, Two-in-one helmet lock receives the unlocking command
4, The smart helmet lock drives the internal motor to unlock
5, Users can ride.When users ruturn the helmet and pay for the riding,they can lock it and return the vehicles to fixed station successfully.
If users won't return helmets,they cannot lock it and the vehicles can not be locked,and returned either.
