6, Scooter rental companies can check the scooter location and battery dump energy,cycling track from backstage,that we can call backend. 

7, It will be starting the Alarm system and send the information back to the server backstage when the scooter is moved abnormally and it is power off (it is locked). 

8, When the scooter is power-off (locked),it can also send the scooter location information back to the server backstage every 3 hours.

9, The scooter can be unlocked by Bluetooth in case there is no network.
