Fed Up with Locking and Unlocking Your Parking Space? Try Smart Parking Lock!
Project Background
Many families now have their own parking spaces,but sometimes our spaces get occupied by others.In such cases,we need to contact the property management or the vehicle owner,which can be quite troublesome.If the owner is unavailable,we can't park.To solve this problem,we can install a smart parking lock.However,using a regular parking lock can still be inconvenient for locking and unlocking,so we've developed this Smart Parking Lock.
Functionality Overview
The HuskyLens AI camera can use its learning feature to learn the owner's car license plate number(since HuskyLens cannot recognize license plates,we can place a tag next to the plate as a substitute).
When the infrared obstacle avoidance module detects that there’s no car in the parking space,the lock will automatically engage.
When the infrared sensor detects a car,the HuskyLens camera will begin recognizing the license plate(or tag).If it's the owner's car,it will automatically unlock;otherwise,it will remain locked.
If a friend or family member needs to park,we can share a password with them.Once the correct password is entered,the lock will automatically unlock.
